About The Company

My passion for cooking and creating dishes came from walking at the heels of my Grandmother. She taught me about good Southern cooking and the importance of the supper table. To me the kitchen is the heart of the home. My upraising on that farm on the Kentucky Backroads has led me to who I am today.

My passion for barbecue started in 2000 when I entered my first BBQ competition. I won Reserve Grand Champion and I was hooked. I honed in my craft and started my own catering company. I still love a good cooking competition. I have appeared on Food Network Chopped Grillmasters, Travel Channel American Grilled, and season three of Barbecue Showdown on Netflix. I have competed at Memphis in May as well as World Food Championships.

This signature bbq sauce was born on Barbecue Showdown on the tailgate episode.
